I'm Miguel Varona, a full stack developer with experience across the entire product cycle — from architecture and development to deployment and growth. I founded Bookarta, a B2B SaaS platform for restaurants that combines dynamic QR menus, online reservations, and AI-assisted menu extraction.
Before software, I spent over a decade building Carmencita Film Lab — one of Spain's most recognised analogue photography labs — and taught Fine Art Photography at EFTI Madrid. That background in visual craft shapes how I approach interface design, brand identity, and user experience in every product I ship.
Today I combine technical depth (Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI) with product thinking honed from years of running a business. Whether it's a production SaaS, an institutional platform, or an immersive web experience, I care about shipping things that work — and look the part.

Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Stripe — including multi-tenant architecture, subscription webhooks, and AI-assisted menu extraction via OpenAI. I own the full product lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and early customer acquisition in Madrid.
Communications Lead & Full Stack Developer

Lead communications (HTML/CSS newsletters, campaigns, WordPress, social) and built premiosamae.com — the II Premios AMAE platform with Next.js 16, React 19, Supabase, and Tailwind v4. Also coordinate audiovisual editing training (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, Avid) and handled a critical VPS security incident (malware removal, backdoor neutralisation, migration planning).
